We're partnering with a well-established, forward-thinking business that's looking for a Finance Manager to join them on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's confident stepping into a busy finance function and making an immediate impact.
The Role:
Initially, your focus will be on the day-to-day transactional finance side:

• 
  Overseeing the AP/AR and payroll functions
  
• 
  Managing and supporting a small finance team
  
• 
  Ensuring smooth running of daily financial operations
  
• 
  Reviewing processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
  

• 
  Month-end close and reporting
  
• 
  Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  
• 
  Business partnering with non-finance teams
  
• 
  Supporting the Financial Controller/FD with ad hoc projects
  

• 
  A qualified or QBE Finance Manager with strong transactional finance experience
  
• 
  Previous experience managing or mentoring a team
  
• 
  Hands-on, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
  
• 
  Strong systems skills
