REED in Teesside are currently recruiting on behalf of a Darlington based client who are seeking a part time Legal Secretary to join their busy and dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to one or more fee earners and assist in the smooth running of the department. Set working days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

You will be expected to work efficiently and accurately, with strong attention to detail, and be able to manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as you will be dealing with clients and other stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Conducting document checks
• Corresponding with clients and other firm
• Producing and amending legal documents
• Undertaking general office administration duties
