Join Us as a Team PA – Be at the Heart of HR Leadership Team

Location: Nuneaton (2 days/week on-site)
Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week
Travel: Occasional travel to our London Hub or other H&B locations required

Are you a proactive, highly organised professional who thrives on variety and working closely with senior stakeholders? We're looking for a Team PA to support our Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT) – someone who brings energy, precision, and a passion for keeping things running smoothly.

This is not just a PA role – it's an opportunity to contribute to our finance transformation and business change initiatives while gaining valuable exposure to senior leaders and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Diary & Meeting Management: Own the day-to-day coordination of HRLT diaries, meetings, and priorities – with smart scheduling and proactive decision-making.

  • Meeting Support: Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action points.

  • Event Coordination: Plan and deliver team events and engagement activities, from offsites to away days – managing logistics end to end.

  • Travel & Expenses: Handle UK and international travel arrangements, and reconcile credit card statements and mileage logs.

  • Communications: Support internal communication channels and ensure effective information flow within the team.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience supporting multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced PA or EA role.

  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Teams, Outlook, and document sharing tools.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • High levels of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

  • Experience in planning and delivering internal events (desirable but not essential).

  • A collaborative mindset and the flexibility to occasionally travel to other locations.
