P/T Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Administrator to join our growing team in Coventry. In this role, you will be the right-hand support for our management team and engineers, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting project management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation, including creating and maintaining accurate records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Support the project budget by tracking expenses and reconciling financial data.
- Maintain project schedules/ monitor progress and identify potential roadblocks & work with teams/management to ensure jobs run smoothly.
- Liaise with internal teams to facilitate project delivery.
- Assist with project reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Knowledge of Ostara, Trios, Xero and JobLogic beneficial but not required as training will be given.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
