Administrator

Kenneth Brian Associates are currently working with a fantastic client in Croydon who are seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their team. We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to take on a dynamic role that involves sourcing and purchasing essential materials.

This is a part-time role, working 25 hours per week spread across five days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source materials for internal and client projects at competitive prices.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
  • Maintain and manage inventory control systems to meet project demands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain procurement records.
  • General day to day administration

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year administration experience.
  • Previous purchasing/procurement experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Must live locally to South Croydon.
