Are you wonderful on the phone and passionate about helping businesses thrive? Join our dynamic team as a Telesales Executive, specialising in B2B sales of Technology solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for potential business clients, delivering a fantastic first impression every time.

  • Use your excellent phone manner to engage decision-makers, identify their IT challenges, and qualify leads with confidence.

  • Work closely with our Business Development Managers to set up meetings and drive new business opportunities.

  • Present our managed IT services in a clear, relatable way-whether it's cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or 24/7 support-tailoring your pitch to each industry's needs.

  • Build rapport, ask the right questions, and listen to uncover what really matters to each prospect.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in telesales, ideally B2B.

  • A positive, engaging phone presence-clients should feel they're in safe hands from the first hello.

  • Curiosity and resilience: you love discovering what makes businesses tick and aren't afraid of a challenge.

  • Ability to simplify technical topics and make them relevant to business owners and managers.
