Connaught Education is currently working with an indepdent international school in Kent, who are recruiting for a Learning Support Teacher to start in September 2025.

The successful candidate will have experience of teaching Mathematics to GCSE level with some Literacy and study skills, and an awareness of current national educational policies and initiatives within Additional Educational Needs.

Main Responsibilities will Include:

* Carry out screening assessments and observations of pupils;

* Devise the learning plans for individual pupils;

* Develop and carry out appropriate programmes of work

* Teach and support pupils as individuals or in small groups;

* Support staff and pupils with strategies for the classroom;
