Estate Agent Sales Progressor

Our client's are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join their flourishing team, to ensure that sales are turned around as efficiently as possible across multiple offices.

Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Job Specification:

• Working alongside the Sales Negotiators you will be sales progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion.
• This role heavily involves telephone liaison and administration, as you will be dealing with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Owners.
• Chasing the progression from each party, making sure the correct documentation and contracts are in place.
• Successful candidates will ideally have experience working within an Estate Agency or will have a robust property conveyancing background.

Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Person Specification:

• Minimum 2 years industry experience.
• Must be well presented and have a good level of I.T. literacy.
• You will be Tenacious, Target Driven, Patient, Motivated, Hard Working, a Good Listener, Determined, Calm and Unflappable!

Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Remuneration:

• Full time, working 5 days per week Monday to Friday
• £25,000 - £35,000 Total Earnings
