Behaviour Support & SEMH Roles - Specialist Schools - Doncaster

We’re looking for Behaviour Mentors and Support Workers to join specialist SEMH and SEND schools across Doncaster. These schools support pupils with emotional regulation difficulties, trauma backgrounds, attachment disorders and behavioural challenges.

You’ll join a trust that believes behaviour is a form of communication, and every pupil has the potential to thrive with the right support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting children and young people one-on-one and in small groups
  • Implementing behaviour intervention plans and emotional regulation strategies
  • Working alongside clinical teams, including therapists and SENCOs
  • De-escalating situations with calm, trauma-informed responses

You must have:
