HR Administrator

We are recruiting for an excellent local business who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team on a part time basis circa 20-25 hours per week. The role sits within a small and friendly team and will involve covering basic payroll duties during holiday times. 

Mondays and Tuesdays must be covered each week and ideally the client would like someone to come into the office every day on reduced hours bit there can be some flexibility. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Recruitment vacancy tracking, authorisation to recruit forms
  • Offer packs
  • New starter verifications, reference verification
  • LMS administration
  • HR administration including holiday and absence administration
  • Occupational Health tracking
  • Contractual amendments
  • Effective onboarding
