HR Advisor

Our Client
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Adviser to lead our clients HR and Talent Acquisition strategy. 

The Opportunity
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Craft compelling job adverts and post across careers pages, job boards, and social networks
  • Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies to position the firm as a top regional employer
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including interviews and candidate evaluations
  • Support the graduate recruitment and early careers programmes

HR Onboarding
  • Prepare and send offer letters, request references, and issue contracts
  • Coordinate start dates and manage the full induction process
  • Oversee probationary period reviews

Ongoing HR Support
  • Manage HR communications including promotion letters and internal notifications
  • Support the administration of holidays, absences, and benefits
  • Participate in cyclical HR processes such as pay reviews, promotions, and trainee assessments
  • Administer healthcare benefits and manage exit interviews and leaver processes
  • Oversee personal development reviews and ensure CPD compliance
  • Support HR and operations on talent-related initiatives

Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Flexible and  adaptable you are deadline-driven with a passion to deliver best in class service.

This role can be full time or part time.
