Mobile Van Lock Fitter

Location: Oxford

Salary: £21,000 basic + uncapped commission

Hours: 4 days per week, 8 hours per day

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time (4 days)

About the Role:

We are looking for a practical, hands-on individual to join our team as a Mobile Van Lock Fitter. You will travel to customer locations to professionally fit high-security van lock products. Full training is provided, but previous experience in a trade is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to customer sites
• Install van locks and security upgrades to a high standard
• Deliver excellent customer service on every job
• Maintain company tools and equipment
• Complete job records and reports accurately

About You:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous experience working in a trade (e.g., fitting, carpentry, mechanical work)
• Good mechanical/practical skills
• Reliable, punctual, and organised
• Friendly, professional attitude towards customers

Salary and Benefits:

• £21,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission (£5-£10 per item fitted) estimate at least 6 items a day
• Overtime available
• Company van and fuel card provided
• 23 days holiday including bank holidays
