Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

• Client research and lead generation in Essex.
• Cold call new clients, securing office-based permanent jobs.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Account managing clients once converted.
• Match candidates to jobs.
• Type CVs and send to clients.
• Arrange interviews and follow up feedback.
• Secure the perfect job for your candidates.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Take pride in your work.
• Be driven to earn commission.

Recruitment Consultant Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• Lead generation experience.
• Sales experience to secure jobs.
• Experienced at matching candidates to jobs.
• Experienced at typing CVs.
• A desire to work part-time hours.
• To live in Essex.
