Your new role will involve:
Managing the bookkeeping needs of several different groups within the company
Posting/processing of sales and purchase invoices
Bank reconciliations
VAT returns
Payroll
Office administration
Diary management
Answering ad hoc client queries - dealing with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face
Working closely with the directors to ensure accurate reporting
You will need the following skills and experience to be suitable:
Bookkeeping knowledge
Experience using Xero - training can be given where there are gaps in knowledge
High attention to detail
Flexible onsite working
Part-time hours - around 12-15 hours a week
Up to £ 37,500 PR to the hours worked
