About the Role
As a Company Secretary Administrator, you'll be a vital support for a range of private and listed fund clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and attending board and committee meetings, managing agendas and meticulously drafting minutes
Preparing and distributing board packs to ensure smooth meeting operations
Liaising with legal advisors and registrars to maintain clear communication channels
Overseeing statutory filings to ensure timely and accurate submissions
Ensuring compliance with relevant governance standards
Supporting the setup of new entities and assisting with onboarding processes
Maintaining accurate company records and systems
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will bring:
1–3 years of experience in a company secretarial or fund administration capacity
A strong understanding of minute-taking and excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
While not essential, knowledge of UK Listing Rules, MAR and relevant regulatory frameworks would be a plus
A CGI qualification (or actively studying towards it) is highly desirable
