Pyramid8 are recruiting for a Part-time office administrator to work in a small family friendly family run organization based in Sherburn. The role is varied, and they are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is highly organised and has good attention to detail.
Ideally you will have some experience in Compliance / Accreditations and basic HR Administration and be able to keep records up to date and accurate
The role involves the following
Accreditations - 9001, 45,001
Business insurance & claims.
Annual WorkSafe Audit.
Annual business registration/questionnaires
Training Records - Keeping on top of booking in all training for the business from cscs, sssts, nvqs, Hiab, digger, forklift manual handling and others
None Conformances
Return to work forms - Ensuring staff members when off work are fit for return
Annual health surveillance for all staff members & organising staff for the dates.
