Part-Time Accounts Payable
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 FTE (pro-rata, depending on hours and experience)
Hours: Flexible part-time hours – open to discussion (e.g. 4 days per week or school hours)

Are you a detail-driven Accounts Payable looking for flexibility? We’re working with a leading business in Banbury that’s offering an opportunity to join their finance function in a part-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone with experience in purchase ledger or transactional finance who wants to be a vital part of a friendly and supportive team.

• Supporting the Accounts Payable function with day-to-day operations

• Inputting, reviewing, and tracking supplier invoices using a finance system

• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies

• Coordinating invoice approvals and ensuring timely payments

• Handling queries from suppliers via email and phone

• Monitoring outstanding payments and maintaining accurate records

• Assisting with month-end tasks and ad-hoc finance admin as required

• Prior experience in an AP-focused role

• Strong Excel skills and confidence with finance software (training provided)

• A methodical mindset and keen attention to detail

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
