We are working with our Rochdale based Client to appoint a Part Time Accounts Assistant.

With on site car parking our Client is easily accessible to the M62 and is a c 10 minutes drive from Rochdale Town Centre.

The Part Time Accounts Assistant will report to the Accountant – the days and hours offered at Monday – Wednesday 8.00 am – 5.00 pm OR 9.00 am – 4.00 pm.

THE ROLE OF THE PART TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT;

Will work to support the Accountant is a busy and fast paced environment – so we need outgoing / capable characters who can stand their ground in a fast paced and busy business that works to tight deadlines.

To be suited to the Part Time Accounts Assistant role you will need;

• strong Excel skills – to be able to create and update Spreadsheets / Input Invoices and Filter Payment Dates and Amounts
• be able to prepare Bank Reconciliations across multiple Bank Accounts – Sterling and Euro
• be able to prioritize and make Payments via BACS / Cheque
• be able to Post Journals
• assist with Month End Close
