Part Time HR Administration

KT & Coe Recruit are proudly representing a forward-thinking and diverse business group in their search for a HR Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and support a range of businesses across leisure, hospitality, and property sectors. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and a great employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Group HR Manager and Recruitment Co-ordinator with HR administration tasks
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes via the HRIS (Employment Hero)
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Assist with recruitment, DBS checks, reference processing, and new starter documentation
  • Organise monthly inductions and manage training records
  • Handle HR communications, including newsletters and employee engagement activities
  • Run HR reports and support data requests from managers and senior leadership
  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries in the absence of senior HR staff
  • Help develop HR processes and make the most of HRIS capabilities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an HR support or admin role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy with confidential information
  • Familiarity with HR systems (ideally Employment Hero) is an advantage
  • Proactive, collaborative, and flexible in your approach
