HR Business Partner - Part Time
The HR Business Partner/Manager will support the UK&I operation through business partnering and being responsible for the HR function across the full employee lifecycle. The role requires a strong focus on talent management, organisational development, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, comp & bens, policy development and training.

Description
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with leaders at all levels of the organisation to build trust and high quality HR support
- Developing HR strategies and initiatives in line with business objectives and strategies
- Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary procedures effectively, whilst providing daily support for queries
- Lead and drive talent development and performance management processes
- Manage the payroll process
- Manage offers/contracts, compliance and HR data via Workday
- Manage benefits plan, drive the annual merit increase process, and compensation plans
- Provide guidance to leaders on performance management, retention, career coaching and succession planning
- Develop and update policies in like with UK legislation
Profile
The successful HR Business Partner/Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a HR role, evidencing business partnering experience and a strong understanding across the employee lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, to support stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in HR systems and software tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
