HR Business Partner - Part Time

The HR Business Partner/Manager will support the UK&I operation through business partnering and being responsible for the HR function across the full employee lifecycle. The role requires a strong focus on talent management, organisational development, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, comp & bens, policy development and training.

Description

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with leaders at all levels of the organisation to build trust and high quality HR support
  • Developing HR strategies and initiatives in line with business objectives and strategies
  • Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary procedures effectively, whilst providing daily support for queries
  • Lead and drive talent development and performance management processes
  • Manage the payroll process
  • Manage offers/contracts, compliance and HR data via Workday
  • Manage benefits plan, drive the annual merit increase process, and compensation plans
  • Provide guidance to leaders on performance management, retention, career coaching and succession planning
  • Develop and update policies in like with UK legislation

Profile

The successful HR Business Partner/Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a HR role, evidencing business partnering experience and a strong understanding across the employee lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, to support stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
