• Location: Cranborne, Dorset
• Salary: £25,320 - £34,885.60 (M1-M6) actual annual salary
• Job Type: Part-time, Term Time Only (32 hours per week, Monday-Thursday)

Day-to-day of the role:

As an Inspirational Maths Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons up to GCSE level.
• Develop personalised learning plans and set meaningful goals for students.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to review and enhance educational and therapeutic plans.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our tailored curriculum, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of our students.
• Manage classroom dynamics and support students who may display challenging behaviours, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maths Teacher or similar role, ideally within a SEN setting.
• Strong understanding of the educational needs of children with Autism and associated conditions.
• Resilient, patient, and committed to fostering strong, supportive relationships with students.
• Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.
