Part Time Finance Administrator

Our fantastic family run business based in Gloucester are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their expanding business on a permanent part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidate with previous accounts experience looking to join a reputable business.

Responsibilities/Duties;

-Both sales and purchase ledger functions

-Processing purchase Invoices mostly using order nos. and liaising with colleagues to resolve queries

-Reconciling supplier statements

-Making bank payments

-Processing customer payments and creating sales certificates/invoices

-Answering the telephone and re-directing to relevant co-worker

-Occasional ad hoc administrative tasks

Candidate Attributes;

-Previous accounts experience is essential

-Good knowledge of Microsoft excel

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to work to tight deadlines

Hours- 22 hours per week, flexible on days and hours

Salary- £14.50 per hour
