Job Title: Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant

Daily Rate: £95 - £105 per day
Contract: Full-time, long-term

Are you a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification in Early Years? A nurturing and inclusive primary school in Aylesbury is seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging early years activities

• Working 1:1 and in small groups with children in Nursery or Reception

• Assisting with observations, learning journeys, and assessments

• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development

• Helping to maintain classroom routines and behaviour expectations

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Supporting Teaching and Learning

• Recent experience working with children in EYFS

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A caring, patient and proactive approach
