As a Medical Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of essential medical reports. You'll work flexibly, making a real impact on our client's cases. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and Checking: Carefully reviewing letters of instruction from our panel solicitors to ensure all details are accurate.
• Communication: Chasing our specialist partners for medical reports and rehabilitation services, ensuring timely responses.
• Report Preparation: Preparing and submitting comprehensive medical reports to solicitors, contributing to successful case outcomes.
• Financial Management: Preparing and paying invoices, keeping our financial records organised and up-to-date.
• Query Resolution: Addressing and resolving queries from solicitors promptly and professionally.
• Caseload Maintenance: Managing your caseload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Effective Communication: Handling telephone calls and correspondence from solicitors, medical agencies, experts, and hospitals with ease.
• Team Support: Assisting fellow team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Record Handling: Reviewing and managing medical records while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Adaptability: Carrying out other duties as reasonably requested by management.
