Our client, a top 100 Law firm, are looking for an experienced and highly organised Secretary to join a professional services team on a permanent, part-time basis (two days per week: Thursday and Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage emails and fee-earners’ diaries
Coordinate meetings, arrange conference rooms and travel
Assist with administrative tasks such as file management, scanning and maintaining key databases/systems
Support billing processes, prepare WIP reports, and use internal financial systems
Draft and proofread documents to a high standard and maintain CV databases
About You:
Experience in a similar secretarial role, ideally within a professional services environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, document management systems and familiarity with client relationship
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure
High attention to detail, a proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong interpersonal and communication skill
Understanding of billing and financial admin systems is desirable
Experience supporting business development and event coordination is a bonus
