Day-to-day of the role:

As a Passionate SEN Teacher, you will:

• Develop and implement individualised educational programmes tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Actively engage with students who have diverse learning challenges, aiming to foster their academic and personal growth.
• Create an engaging, safe, and positive learning environment that encourages students to thrive.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop effective strategies that support student success.
• Evaluate student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods to better meet their needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record as an SEN Teacher or in a role with similar responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of the educational needs of children with special needs.
• Commitment to going above and beyond to support student development.
• Must have a current DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
