Position Overview:
Due to natural expansion, our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor from 2 years - 6 years PQE within their Employment Law department. This is a hybrid opportunity along with the option for full or part time hours.
Employment Solicitor Experience to include:
Contentious and Non-Contentious matters
Unfair and wrongful dismissal
Redundancy and restrictive covenants
Discrimination
Equal opportunities and Equal Pay Act
Protected disclosure (whistleblowing) and data protection
TUPE transfers
Disciplinary and grievance procedures
Advocacy in the Employment Tribunal
Breach of contract
Harassment
Maternity and paternity matters
Restructuring
Requirements for this Employment Solicitor are:
Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 2-6 years PQE
Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage key client relationships
