Part time receptionist

  • 22.5 hours per week - 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon-Wed with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break plus additional cover for holidays and sickness

Duties for the receptionist include:-

  • Create a professional impression through courteous, friendly and efficient routing of telephone calls and professional interaction with visitors.
  • Carry out administrative duties of a non-confidential matter.
  • To provide the movements lists and weekend working rota’s.
  • To administer the allocations of the conference and meeting rooms.
  • To provide cover during the absence of the other receptionist.
  • Carry out any other tasks that are within capabilities as directed by the HR department.

Experience needed to be successful:-

  • Computer literate and preferably have basic knowledge in the Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional manner and appearance, efficient and courteous
  • Good communication skills, learning ability and proactive personality ideally with previous reception or switchboard experience.
