School Administrator Required for Secondary School in Worthing
Administrator required in Part-time/ Long term.

At Engage Education, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic School Administrator to work part-time at a fantastic Secondary school in Worthing to start in September 2025.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office to work with these schools. Our Engage Education Services team specialises in the placement of non classroom based staff including Administrators, HR, Finance and Facilities. The school is based in a great location and easily accessible by public transport. This is a large school and you'll be part of a team of experienced office staff working in a building with excellent facilities.

About the role
Our administrator duties can include:

• Using the school’s internal system to record data
• Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
• Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
• Covering reception duties
• The ideal applicant will have
• Experience of working in a school
• A real passion for working within an education environment
• Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role
