Generous Fee Split Model:

The firm offers one of the most competitive and transparent fee split arrangements in the market:

• 70% of fees for self-generated work
• 75% if annual billing exceeds £175k
• 55% for firm-referred work
• 15% for internal referrals to other departments

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years PQE, typically at Senior Associate level or above
• Self-motivated and commercially minded, with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Competence with remote working tools and legal tech
• UK-based or able to work within a manageable time zone if located abroad
