Main areas of responsibility:
It is essential that the person for this role is motivated, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Administrator to join a dynamic HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll play a central role in the day-to-day HR function - from onboarding to employee engagement, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes alongside our Recruitment Co-ordinator
- Deliver inspiring Company Inductions for new team members
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries
- Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll
- Produce monthly HR reports and business insights
- Take confidential minutes during meetings
- Conduct Right to Work checks and ensure full compliance
- Manage and distribute staff uniforms
- Promote mental health and well-being initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews and report feedback trends
- Assist with ongoing HR projects and organisational initiatives
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations
Required Skills & Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Human Resources administrative role (required)
- CIPD Level 3 (Foundation Certificate in People Practice) is highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and in line with GDPR
- Positive, proactive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred due to location)
