Payroll Administrator - Part-time

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an established company based in Chessington who are recruiting for a Payroll Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team and at least 2 years payroll experience. This will be a 3 days a week office-based role.

Main Duties:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a smooth and streamlined payroll function, covering tasks such as processing salaries, handling pensions, submitting CIS returns, managing CJRS applications, and administering staff expenses.
  • Provide guidance to employees and management on various matters related to payroll and pension schemes.
  • Contribute to the creation, rollout, and regular evaluation of payroll and pension-related policies, handbooks, and procedural documents.
  • Maintain accurate and current information across all payroll, pension, and HR systems—both digital and manual—while ensuring strict confidentiality at all times.
