My client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage their company's financial operations. This role is primarily focused on managing the day-to-day financial activities of the business. Responsibilities include processing and reconciling invoices, managing payments, liaising with external accountants, and ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations. This is a Part Time postion for 2 days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and planning
Assisting with compliance and international trade considerations (e.g., tax, import/export regulations)
Managing and maintaining accounting software (experience with QuickBooks or similar is ideal)
Supporting other departments including sales, operations, and senior leadership
Organising and maintaining financial documentation and records
Managing office-related purchases and petty cash
We are looking for someone who has:
3 years of experience in financial or accounts management including strong knowledge of European financial systems.
Strong numerical and data processing skills with excellent attention to detail
Fluent written and spoken English for communication with clients and suppliers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using QuickBooks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage their own workload effectively
