Are you a compassionate, reliable, and experienced care assistant looking to make a difference in your local community? We are currently recruiting dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team in Marlow, Amersham, Beaconsfield and High Wycombe.

We offer flexible shifts — mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends — so your job fits comfortably around your personal life.

Our care runs 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm, and we also have night shifts available if that suits you better.

You'll have ongoing access to management support on every visit you make. We’ll never leave you to figure things out on your own — you’ll always have someone to turn to.

Key Requirements:

• Must have up-to-date mandatory care training
• Must hold a valid enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
• Proven experience in domiciliary/home care is essential
• Good communication skills and a caring, patient approach
• Must be a driver with access to a car

Role Responsibilities:

• Personal Care - Support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Companionship
• Engage in conversations and activities to enhance well-being
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor health Meal Preparation
• Prepare meals and assist with hydration Household Support
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe and tidy environment
• Keep accurate records of care provided
