At Crawley College, we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Associate Lecturer in Business to bring energy, expertise, and inspiration to our learners across Levels 1, 2, 3 and T-Level qualifications. Whether you're a seasoned educator or a business professional ready to make the leap into teaching, this is your chance to make a real impact.

About the Role:

You will deliver courses across all levels including T-level Business and Administration. Working as part of a supportive team, you will create engaging, effective lessons that support student progress and give them the confidence to thrive in the modern workplace.

Hours & Details:

While this is a variable hours post, we currently expect around 16 hours per week for the 2025-2026 academic year.
