Human Resources Administrator

Are you organised, friendly, and looking for a flexible part-time role? Our client is seeking a Part-Time HR Administrator to support their HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR experience who wants to work reduced hours and make a real difference.

Part time- 3 days equivalent (office based)

What You’ll Do

  • Help with recruitment: post job ads, arrange interviews, and prepare new starter paperwork.
  • Keep employee records up to date and confidential.
  • Support payroll by checking timesheets and answering pay or benefits questions.
  • Assist with onboarding and induction for new staff.
  • Help organise training sessions and keep training records.
  • Be a point of contact for HR queries from staff.
  • Support the HR Manager with general admin and HR projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and able to handle sensitive information.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Able to work well in a team and on your own.

The Details

  • Hours: Part-time - 3 days or equivalent split over the week
  • Location: Sheffield- close links to the M1
  • Contract: Permanent
