????? Client Support

• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries
• Deliver exceptional service and a positive experience across every touchpoint

?? Sales Development

• Use your sales skills to build relationships with Yopa clients
• Book financial services appointments and introduce relevant products and services

?? Appointment Scheduling

• Coordinate and manage appointments for our broker team
• Ensure seamless client handovers and diary accuracy

??? Administration

• Maintain up-to-date client records and process documentation
• Support case completion in line with FCA compliance standards

?? Career Progression

• Join our structured 18-month* development programme
• Complete your CeMAP qualification, with full support from our team
• Transition into a qualified Mortgage Broker role upon successful completion*
