Health & Safety Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Manager to help shape a safe and empowering environment across our sites.


What You’ll Do


  • Build strong internal and external relationships, championing our values and commitment to excellence
  • Foster a proactive safety culture by embedding high standards and inspiring positive behaviours
  • Ensure legislative compliance and lead best-practice health and safety initiatives across all operations
  • Develop and monitor performance systems to track and improve H&S outcomes
  • Liaise with staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring everyone works to the highest safety standards
  • Identify risks and opportunities, supporting teams to implement practical, effective solutions
  • Communicate safety goals clearly and consistently, ensuring everyone is informed and accountable
  • Coach and advise project teams, promoting innovation without compromising on safety
  • Collaborate closely with the OLT and SLT to implement and drive the H&S strategy



What You’ll Bring


  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for travel across sites)
  • Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation and practice
  • Experience creating safe, inclusive environments for vulnerable individuals
  • Strategic mind with hands-on practicality and a collaborative spirit
