Job Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Consultant to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of client data to identify trends and insights.
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to clients, ensuring understanding of recommendations.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Utilise phone etiquette skills to engage with clients professionally during consultations.
• Assist in upselling services by identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
• Provide support in both English and Spanish, catering to a diverse clientele.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (bilingual/multilingual).
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.

Pay: From £18,000.00 per year
