Overview:

Reed Legal is working in partnership with a well-regarded law firm to recruit a skilled Title Report Writer to support their Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong technical knowledge of property transactions to play a key role in ensuring smooth case progression and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse title documents across a range of property types including freehold, leasehold, unregistered, shared ownership, and new builds
  • Draft and submit enquiries to seller’s representatives and prepare associated legal documentation
  • Produce comprehensive property reports for clients and advise on key legal issues
  • Review search results and raise additional enquiries where necessary
  • Collaborate with fee earners to highlight potential risks and lender-reportable matters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records
  • Provide administrative support and ensure secure handling of client files
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and assist with internal communication and coordination

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes and property law
  • Experience in title checking and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work
  • Proficient in using legal case management systems and IT tools
