We have a super opportunity in the beautiful South Hams area for an experienced sales negotiator working on site either full or part time (to include every Saturday) in the New Homes department of a prestigious Estate Agency with a basic salary plus commission and OTE up to £32,000.

Are you an experienced property sales negotiator ideally with some experience of working off plan in either New Homes or Estate Agency and are you living in the South Hams area? We have an existing opportunity which can be a little fluid to suit the candidate. It could either be 4 or 5 days per week, to include every Saturday (with an occasional Sunday if there is an event on) and this would be full days with a 5pm finish. This would be for a small development in a beautiful location in the East side of the South Hams. You would need to have at least two years sales experience and a great track record in property with your own car.

Salary flexible for the right person but in the region of £26,000 plus commission, mileage allowance and pension. On target earnings in the region of £30-32,000 (pro rata for part time).
