Payroll Controller
Remote (1 day in office preferred) | 24 hours per week
£36,500 per annum (pro rata: £21,900)
We’re working with a national heating services company currently entering a phase of growth and transformation following an acquisition. As part of their dedicated finance function, they’re looking for a Payroll Controller to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes across two business units.
This is a part-time, flexible role ideally suited to an experienced payroll professional who is confident working independently and has strong technical expertise. You’ll manage the monthly payroll cycle, ensure legal compliance, handle reporting requirements, and act as the go-to contact for payroll-related queries across the business.
The role will be fully remote, with one day per week in their Morden office preferred. This is initially a contract with the potential to become permanent. Weekly hours can be spread across three to five days.
