The Role:

As Payroll Manager, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all UK staff

  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, pension rules and statutory reporting

  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to deliver a seamless monthly payroll cycle

  • Identify and implement payroll process improvements

  • Provide expert advice on payroll matters to stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing payroll (in-house or via payroll bureau)

  • Strong working knowledge of UK payroll legislation

  • A proactive and detail-focused approach

  • Confidence working independently in a standalone payroll role

  • Experience within a fast-paced or multi-site environment is a bonus
