Job Title: Domiciliary Care Assistant
Location: Guildford / Woking/ Farnham

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. You will assist clients with daily living tasks, promote their independence, and ensure their well-being while respecting their dignity and preferences.

• Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming

• Support with medication administration and monitoring, in line with care plans

• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring nutritional needs are met

• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and shopping

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, or community activities

• Monitor clients' condition and report any changes to the care manager

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care delivered

• Adhere to safeguarding policies, confidentiality, and health & safety regulations

• A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized

• Right to work in the UK (or applicable country)

• Full driving license and access to a vehicle

• Previous care experience or NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential - training provided)
