Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, engaging, and tailored makeup consultations and applications, helping clients find products and looks that enhance their features and suit their preferences.
• Confidently represent assigned luxury makeup brands, sharing product benefits, techniques, and brand heritage to create an elevated client experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the agency and brand partners.
• Adapt quickly to working with different brands, product ranges, and teams while maintaining professionalism and upholding each brand’s standards.
• Ensure the makeup counter or workstation is impeccably maintained, fully stocked, sanitized, and aligned with brand visual guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic reporting as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in makeup artistry, beauty, or luxury retail is essential.
• A genuine passion for luxury cosmetics and the ability to demonstrate and communicate products with confidence and authenticity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
