Legal Secretary / Assistant - Property / Private Client
Salary: Up to circa £30,000 per annum/pro rata (DOE) + excellent benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (Flexible / Part-Time considered)

TSR Legal are working with a friendly and forward-thinking law firm in Bath to recruit a dedicated Legal Secretary or Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, CQS-accredited firm that specialises in Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property, and Private Client work.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous legal secretarial or assistant experience within Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property, or Private Client departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a focus on excellent client service
• Experience with digital dictation/transcription systems (e.g., Philips SpeechLive)
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• A proactive attitude, with a willingness to support the wider team
