Our client is looking to increase the size of its support staff to help with the processing of Mortgages, updating cases with lenders and solicitors via email and phone.

You will need to have previous mortgage processing experience, preferably in a mortgage brokers office, be good on the phone and be able to offer quality customer service.

Summary

As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for managing mortgage applications and ensuring a smooth processing experience for clients. Reporting to the Business Supervisor, your role is essential in maintaining efficient office operations and delivering high-quality financial services. With core skills in office experience and basic mathematics, you will handle documentation and calculations accurately. Responsibilities

• Process mortgage applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain organized records and files for all mortgage transactions.
• Collaborate with financial services teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all transactions.

Experience

• Mortgage Processing: 1 year (required)
