They’re now seeking an Account Manager– someone proactive, personable, and highly organised to manage and develop relationships once partnerships have been established. This role is about deepening engagement, providing excellent service, and ensuring everything from emails to podcast guest coordination runs like clockwork.
This is a part-time, role ideal for someone who wants their work to have meaning, connection, and impact. You’ll be joining a small, passionate team working on something truly special.
Duties

  • Nurture existing relationships
  • Act as the key point of contact for ongoing support and service queries
  • Ensure partners and users are happy with the platform and experience
  • Handle incoming emails and coordinate follow-ups
  • Organise meetings and logistics related to active partnerships
  • Maintain records and ensure smooth communication across the team
  • Schedule and liaise with podcast guests
  • Prepare briefing notes and coordinate logistics with hosts and contributors
  • Work with the leadership team to support ongoing content planning
The Candidate
  • Experience in client services, account management, partnerships or community engagement
  • Warm, confident communicator
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Enjoys purpose-driven work and takes pride in delivering a great experience
  • Has a strong eye for detail and excellent written communication skills
