Priory Hospital Bristolis looking to recruit a Therapist to join the team. This role is a part time role working 22.5 hours per week. The salary is up to £45,320 FTE.
Our Grade II listed hospital building is set in extensive grounds, just off the M32 and less than three miles from the centre of Bristol, with free on-site parking. We offer 77 beds over seven wards, providing a wide range of services, including Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU), eating disorders, acute care, rehab and recovery. Our collaborative environment fosters opportunities to gain experience in various services.
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. As a Therapist, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.

What you'll bring to the roleOur work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.
We are looking for a dedicated therapist registered with BABCP, BACP, or UKCP. Accreditation is preferred, though we will consider candidates actively working towards it. Ideally, you will have at least three years of experience in an outpatient setting, with a strong track record of building positive relationships with both clients and referrers. Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team in acute mental health services is desirable. Training in one of the following therapeutic modalities—EMDR, CBT, DBT, or REBT—is essential, along with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality therapy.
