REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Administrator.  

This is a great opportunity for an individual who has experience in administration. 

As a Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Facilities Management:

    • Serve as the primary contact for facilities, cleaning, and maintenance issues.
    • Order indirect materials and office supplies.
    • Ensure the site environment is safe and well-maintained.
  • HR Administration:

    • Manage HR documents and keep training records up-to-date.
    • Record minutes during HR meetings, such as disciplinary actions.
    • Organize inductions for new starters and prepare recruitment requests.
    • Coordinate site events and maintain employee engagement boards.
  • Health & Safety:

    • Support the documentation and tracking of health & safety compliance.
    • Log safety observations and coordinate follow-ups with site management.
    • Maintain routine health & safety records and action items.
  • Customer Service Support:

    • Assist with basic customer queries and order placements during busy periods.
